PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA, PERILAKU DAN LAMA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT NATAR MEDIKA LAMPUNG SELATAN

Abstract

Perawat merupakan salah satu tim pelayanan kesehatan terbesar yang dituntut untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan,perilaku dan lama kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Natar Medika Lampung Selatan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Responden adalah seluruh perawat di instalasi rawat inap yang berjumlah 48 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis stastistik menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan, perilaku dan lama kerja signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Ada pengaruh antara kemampuan, perilaku dan lama kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat (p = 0.000). Koefisien determinasi pengaruh variabel kemampuan , perilaku dan lama kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 44.1%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adalah penting untuk menjaga kemampuan , perilaku dan lama kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat.
